No!... Contact LTP first , as they have changed spec..

I have just had a drive laid with black limestone and the landscaper who did it is now refusing to seal it saying it wasn't in the original price and will cost too much. We distinctly remember asking him about sealing it because we were worried about when the cold weather comes and he 100% said he would....there are also one or two cracked flags which he says are scratches that he wont replace but are obviously cracks. The flags are now showing some white marks as our other posters have said...so what should I do about finishing it off. I'm sure the builder wont do anything. I have only £160 left of the bill to pay him which I am loathe to do at the moment till he finishes the job?
