hi shaun, you should set out your window wall from the centre of your window, ensuring the cuts up each side of the window are equal and not too small. so you either have a joint in the centre of your window sill or the centre of a tile. With ref to setting out the height you should check all horizontals, ie from work top to sill and ceiling againg trying to ensure the cuts are ase big as possible. hope this helps..

thanks guys will be stripping walls so wat yoy say is centre the window wall and between the cabinets over the cooker

9 x out of 10 you can do it this way......the 1 x out of 10 you have to offset because starting in the middle with a full tile edge or middle of the tile just wont give you a nice cut at the ends......in this case i would offset this!....not the best look but better than bad looking cuts af the ends :)
