We've created this new community area for all tile and tiling related online chat to be archived for future reference and use. This helps all DIY and professional ceramic wall and floor tilers and even those fixing / installing marbles and other natural stones / slates.

Yeah probably. Wow. That was some time ago. How life has changed since those days!

Professional Independent Training Techniques. One of the first independent training centres for tiling. There wasn't much choice back then. Was around at the start of the boom. Which in looking back perhaps has a lot to answer for I guess. PTS was another but down south. Don't know if that's around still or changed names again or what.

Yeah. I think Plumbing Trade Supplies had an issue with their name, because Plumbing Trade Supplies had started a training thing or something so it clashed with their brand.

Rumour had it though they did a pheonix and liquidated the PTS company to get rid of debt and then started the new company fresh with the same suppliers etc etc

The numbers in the URL related to those. Our numbers in our current posts are all so huge they don't have much meaning but they are all incremental numbers. So they all started with this one. 🤩
