6mm No more ply glued and screwed........Tiling on chipboard no matter how thick not a good idea imo..better safe than sorry:8:

If its a new extension and the floor isn't down as yet get them to put noggins in between the joists, that way you can go ahead with the weyroc and not bother with over boarding............simplest and cheapest way
