M magga TF Jan 3, 2016 #1 Here's a bathroom I ripped out recently, the floor was chipboard and hardboard, completely soaked through and leaked through causing a huge hole in the ceiling below. Why do people do it?! Ended up replacing the entire floor with 25mm WBP ply.
