Hi am currently looking at tiling my kitchen well re doing it. Can I tile over the tiles ? Or do I have to take them all off I have a feeling it will rip most of the wall off ?

Only wall i ever find you can get away with tiling over tile is behind the hob with returning walls at either side that will cover the double tiling at the internal corners. The rest i rip off and re do as its rarely full walls being tiled.

Make sure you have enough wire flex on the sockets to come out over another layer of tiles.

Your tiler will have a preference of what he would rather do, i'd prefer a fresh surface personally
