Tanking dilema

Hi guys

It is my on-going wet room thinking out loud which I hope you will be able to help me with.

The customer wants her bath panels tiled, so should I tank the full wet room floor first or should I get the bath and panels fitted first and tank to the bath panels???

Hope this makes sense any advice will be much appreciated.

No i wouldn't remove the panel at a later date as it has center taps with a small hatch above floor level on end panel.

That's the plan anyway...
