Hi guys, apologies if I've posted this in the wrong section but I thought it might be the best place for advice. I'm currently on a refurb job in London SE18 Woolwich. Customer wants a wet room installed in an upstairs odd shaped room, 8'x5'x8' "roughly" I've not done a wet room before and cannot afford for this to go wrong, so I've decided to offer the work out to someone that know's what they are doing.
Customer has it in his head that the room should be marine ply lined, then tanked in fibreglass.. and the waste somehow fitted into it all. I'm certainly not confident with this situation at all, I've had one firm in to quote so far, they were not to happy with the choice of materials from the off, wanted to dot and dab it, then tank it properly with Mapi and a former, which I agree with to be honest.
So if there are any experienced wet room installers on the board that fancy pricing this job please pm me ASAP, tiles, sink, shower and toilet are all on site ready.
