Well i replaced all the dodgy boards...overboarded with 12mm ply and had to use 6 tubes of no nails to make up the difference under some of the ply...what am i left with? A rock solid floor but unfortunately its to unlevel to tile in one direction...so tmw i have to self level...i'm going to use mapei fibre plan as i've found a local source £29 a bag 25kg good? anyway was thinking of using a flexible gap filler to fill all the expansion joints before levelling is this the way to go? and batten off/Silicon other areas.

only problem with filling the gaps tomorrow is the drying time before you can self level.

Use a stiff mix of flexi addy to fill gaps, self level over straight away !
Make sure you get some ECO Prim T primer and prime boards really should be primed both sides, but if already fixed prime face and allow to dry before self levelling. This primer helps self leveller to adhere to the plywood
