hi all,i have this cutter and have had it for 6 months,,after changing the blade it now serves its purpose however the 2 screws under the table which hold the plastic rubbish tray compartment in place have gone completely rusted and soft so a screwdriver wont let me take it off to clean,,i clean my tools after each job but due to the nature of what its used for and plenty water contact the cutter will soon be void if i cant empty the tray of tile fragments do you think i have a valid point sending it back to rubi to fix? i dont thin a wet cutter should be having problems like this after only 6 months

You can but ask.......or just simply drill the 2 screws out and replace with stainless steel screws....

Give them a bell mate and see what they say, from what i understand they are usually very accomodating.

Been saying this for years.

WHY do they not put these wet cutters together with stainless steel screws.

Had a fair few problems with rusty knackered screws on my ND200

You can't replace every screw when new
