Went out to measure up for an en-suite and the customer said they definitely wanted UFH as they really felt the cold floor in the house bathroom.

Turns out it does have UFH fitted but was damaged at some point during installation and has never worked.

Does anyone know any companies who do the repairs to electric UFH so I can put them in touch

If you know were its broken
Prowarm Cable Repair Kit

If not I know warm up used to come out and do repairs for about £150. This including finding the fault, removing tile and doing the repair.

No idea where it is broken, so I personally won't be going down that avenue.

The second one is who I found as well from a google search and they seem to have some good reviews

And that its wired correctly / ohms reading?

Only went yesterday and was in car so no test meter with me. Don't want to get involved really, pretty sure bathrooms they had done will be refurbed soon anyway only done 3 years ago.

The en-suite has been an empty room since the extension was built.
