Some will require an impregnator dependant on quality if resin and type of bound agglomerate , check with your supplier just to make sure; tile magic starlight recommend ltp, cdt would be our mn. Just worth a check.

Many thanks to everyone for all the info, my next thought is to cut the tile down to a 300x300 for the walls. How easy are Quartz midnight tiles to cut. If they are cut then they have less chance of falling off. I assume a water cooled tile saw with a diamond tile blade will do the job, but are they easy to cut?

look at the end of the day the tile wont fall off the wall. Ive been to that many jobs where cowboys and idiots have hung (where I have removed)very heavy stones off the wall on plaster by dot and dab and they have been fine. albeit bad fixing methods they seem to get away with it. get them fixed !!!!!!!!!!
