I'm a home owner looking to use 20mm 800x800 porcelain as a patio. The tile shop has suggested using pedestals and shown me some pictures of their work. They talked about edging the patio using a retaining wall (to hide pedestals/cavity) or using some tile vertically as a fascia.

I see in the albums that Antonio has done this.

I am just wondering how the vertical tile is fixed? In my case the vertical tile would be at ground/lawn level.

Thanks

I also did this system, but I do not have any photos,
this is hooked at the top
and it could be fine,
