Plaster board props

Been thinking of getting some of these adjustable props but they only do minimum height of 1.15m which is too big for most domestic windows. Anyone know if they can be cut down at the bottom?

Got mine from screwfix. And yes they can be cut down.

How do you fond those mark? Do you ever come across windows where they are too small?

very rarely there are small windows where the supports are a bit to long but in most cases they are an excellent bit of kit....

Just prop them from the floor to the top of the window.
