Plain English please!

This afternoon, I got a panic quote on...this is where a big contractor, suddenly drops a bombshell on me and wants a budget price turned around in 24 hours. So I flick through the bill of quants and come across this little section.... The items in question are 4 marble columns in a main reception...

Provide stone panelling with horizontal and vertical lines to match, to details, complete [drawing 011/ 33 and 012/ 4, 6, 18, and 19]

These people cant speak plain english, what type of special feature do you think they are asking for here?

ordinary tiling by any chance or possibly brick bond
