Patterned tiles at good price - Tile Advice

Recommendations for suppliers of patterned / encaustic / Moroccan tiles please? Got a customer wanting something bright but they're on a budget. Suggested a well known supplier but £30/sq metre is far beyond their budget.

Cheapest I've found were around £22m2 but if £30 is way above budget, don't suppose £22 is much closer.

A budget LVT would fall nicely in to the 30 quid bracket but including basic prep materials too. Labour would be at an extra cost mind you

Provenza Deco looks like 10x10 tiles but is in fact a 44.2x44.2 cm porcealin tile.
