new floors

my mates just got a brand new house just built and he s wanting me to tile the kitchen floor it looks like chip board but not sure do i still need to ply this floor or could i prime the chipboard which is prety solid😕

My preference is to ply at all times m8 but you can use fast flex two part adhesive over chipboard as long as it is sound and free from movement and you DONT need to prime it🙂

I always like to ply wooden floors aswell.
