As most of us it seems have had a bad experience or 2 with Tile Stores across the UK, maybe you could share the information of its name & location here so we know where not to go, and maybe a little description of the 'incident'.....

GRAHAM BAMBER OF PRESTON is to be avoided at all costs,you will know he's arrived 'cos you'll hear his horses hooves coming,I will soon post photographs of how not to plumb,tile and generally do anything practical.It has to be seen to be believed!!😱😱

Seriously Dave the customer wants to take him to court,before he hangs him lol,and guess what ...... the slippery git has moved!!! He was in my shop last week but I missed him,and didn't get the opportunity to ban him,I have terminated his account though as soon as I saw his standard.His self printed letterheads say handyman, is this because he lives around the corner???lmafo
