Mapei tub adhesive

Anyone ever used mapei tub adhesive and is it any good, small splashback to do and skirting tile to fit to cement walls ?

what adhesive is it exactly?What are the skirting tiles made from as the tubbed stuff probably wont suit and you will need bagged adhesive.ALSO what tiles are you using for walls,material and sizes?

Wouldnt use it on render myself. Not suitable for skirting either as skirting usually needs quite a thick bed.

Ive never used mapei tub gear before in fact ive only used tub gear once before around a kitchen splashback , and it was panabond, but our local tile shop now stocks mapei ! just cant be bothered mixing adhesive as its in an 5th floor apartment with no room to mix anywhere ! Walls are sound and flat , tiles are 300 x 300 ceramics
