yes that a few yrs ago.. Customers from hell was the programme... it should be a regular slot on tv IMHO.. 🙁)

yes the tv are always reporting the other side and slagging the bodgers,(which is fair enough ) but it would be good to see customers from hell as well

I know a tiler that tiled a kitchen and the client refused to pay, he took a shovel and ripped the whole lot off the wall, got in his van and left!!!
Another huge plasterer mate of mine worked all weekend in the sun to render a gable wall (against his advise) and the client refused to pay as it cracked. He physically educated the man about the issue being paid and knocked him out!
This isn't standard John Bunney Ceramic Tiling policy i may add. 😉
