hello, just a quick question to ask peoples view on something.
Can someone take you to court for hollowness in floor tiles? ive not been back to the job since i did it a year ago, but i do remember building the floor up in areas by a good inch or two, is there any scientific reason for this, but basically i just want to know where i stand???

it needed boarding out with therma board, then underfloor heating (mat) then i screed the floor, followed by tile, its a porcelain tile as far as i can remember
 
kitchen - floor boards, conservatory- concrete, all the area got boarded over, he complaining that there are a few hollow sounding tiles? he taking me to court for it? He wants a new floor, i havent been yet to check them out
