Ok lets see what you would charge for this.
Terracotta Brick | Fired Earth

Laid as photo Herringbone
Anhydrite screed ( Dry) but neeeds sanding etc
Prime with Tilemaster primer, tile with Anhyfix
Following instruction re, 1st coat sealer after fixing, Grout, Seal then wax.

Area 20m2 with new kitchen installed based over 2 rooms, 2nd room Utility .

Labour price only ?

It has to be at least £30 per meter, so £600.00
How many days will it take to lay do you reckon??? Two to fix, one to seal and point, half to seal again. Still comes to about £600.00
Have you seen the cost of the tiles themselves?????????

they are very sizey, 24-25.5cm i would go higher maybe £40.00 metre a lot of work to get it looking nice.

I'd be looking at about £800, with all the sanding, priming, sealing etc.

Tbh honest I was thinking £70 m2,probably wouldn't get the job though, but that's what I would personaly want for all the hassle involved.
