We are currently finishing a project at Edinburgh in which a customer has requested to fit large format tiles (1200x2500x9mm) to the back of a shower cubicle in the master en-suite. We have purchased the tiles but are struggling to find an experienced contractor to cut and fit tiles of this size and thickness.

This is super specialist stuff. Cutters needed are specialist, and to get a full bed of adhesive on such a large tile takes skill.

We have a fair few guys on here who are brilliant at this but they're mostly southern I think.

@3_fall is the boss for huge tiles.

I do know people that far north, but I won’t recommend them.
I have no idea of their true experience, and have never seen them carry out the work.
so on that alone I just can’t recommend them, sorry.
I would only recommend 4 people, and I’m one of them. 😂
