Cleaning before sealing - TilersForums.com

Hi All,

Unfortunately my tiler, after reading these posts, wasn't as good as hoped for. He tiled my floor white/grey natural stone mosaic (Original Style - Mosaic Stone Tiles) and grouted and didn't pre seal, so now the tiles are a little dirty with grey grout and some other stain - what should I clean them with before applying Lithofin stain stop. Tried a damp cloth last night but it was hard work - should i use a scourer and some product?

I am guessing that this is not dirt but grout haze? and the other staining is? any photo's?

Cleaning products will depend on what stone it is. Maybe we can identify the stone with pics.

yep i think its the grout hazing , the other stains are brown and were probably on the tiles before laying so not sure what that is but its just small marks
