Backsplash edge

How should I apply, or, should I apply grout to the outside edge of a backsplash? I'm referring to the outside edge of the backsplash where the tile meets the drywall. Do I mask it w/tape and grout? Do I skip the grout and caulk. I am a first time home installer.

Hi, the best way is to use trim very easy to use and finishes it off.

Use beading for the for the vertical and low horizontals. Grout around the top edge of the tiles. Or use beading all the way round and either mitre the corners or buy pre moulded corners.
