Advice with large format tiles

When picking a trowel size go buy the longest length.
At 400 mm def use a 8mm trowel for walls ,and if on the floor a 10 mm .

The customer has bought the tiles 250x400 which is the best size trowel to use for these tiles? Its a domestic shower area and i am using BAL rapid set adhesive
