Advice on setting out!

I was wondering if anyone had any tips on setting out a window, so that it is aesthitically pleasing, rather than small cuts at the top?

I was having troublw with a diamond set around a bathroom window?

Diamond round a window is always a pig mate. What size tiles are you using btw?
