what kind of texture was the grout mixed to!
sounds like it may have been too wet

If the white was there before the tiler washed off then it i s 2 options... incorrect mixing or bad grout .. You should phone Granifix tech line and get a rep out.. before you go any further.

here you go looks like the grout has been washed of to wet or put in to wet
