36mtrs wall and floor price ?

hi, got a big job to price up ;

bathroom walls 12mtrs old plaster walls ( 1 window and a bit boxing ) walls could be prepped with a bag of one coat plaster, tiles are ceramic large format. wc and basin to come out.

bathroom floor, 4mtrs concrete floor with vinyl tiles to scrape up customers taking this up . tiles ceramic

hallway floor, 7mrts again concrete with vinyl, tiles ceramic.

kitchen floor, 14mtrs , concrete with vinyl to be taken up by customer, tiles ceramic no borders etc.


total 37mtrs, floor seems flat but not sure how flat the floor is due to vinyl tiles still on .

wondering what price to put in and how long you lot think it would take ?

done a quick sketch and i get £1440 thats me supplying addy etc.

£40 per m, quite high even with the prep you mentioned, if thats a reasonable price for your area go for it. Round here I'd have to price somewhere around the £1100 mark for that lot.

thanks bri ! i just priced high as iam not sure what condition the floor is under the vinyl . i recon it would take me around 5 days

i think bri,s price is more realistic for ceramics, but again if you can get then go for it

If its got vinyl down now it should be flat for tiling on.
If you need the work you should sharpen your pencil!

If they are really expensive tiles your price may be spot on.

think i was a bit on the dear side on this one , so decided to put in a price for £1200 as theres a bit of boxing in etc . fingers crossed ! cheers.
