mixer

A mixer, depending on the type, also called a hand mixer or stand mixer, is a kitchen device that uses a gear-driven mechanism to rotate a set of "beaters" in a bowl containing the food or liquids to be prepared by mixing them.
Mixers help automate the repetitive tasks of stirring, whisking or beating. When the beaters are replaced by a dough hook, a mixer may also be used to knead.

A mixer may be a handheld mechanism known as an eggbeater, a handheld motorized beater, or a drill mixer. Stand mixers vary in size from small counter top models for home use to large capacity commercial machines. Stand mixers create the mixing action by either rotating the mixing device vertically (planetary mixers), or by rotating the mixing container (spiral mixers).

    Best reasonably priced mixer?

Just bought a Rubimix 9 240v but sent it back as it actually struggled and laboured mixing standard tile adhesive and was so so loud. Anything else at around £90 to £150 that'll be better? Im not using it daily. Once a week at most. But would like something that will last.

    Small Gap Behind Mixer Controls

Hello, I’m looking for some advice please. Behind the mixer control of my bath there looks to be a small gap between the back of the mixer control and the tile. It looks like it’s as a result of the mixer being installed over two tiles. The shower head is right above the mixer so I’m...

Hi all, Not strictly a tiling question, but I'm finishing a job today and need to refit this mixer. I've attached a photo of what it looked like before. There was just a grub screw underneath then the mixer literally just pulled off. Is it just a case of pushing it back on? It looks like a...

How can I completely seal around a concealed 3 way shower mixer in a Kerdi Board shower wall.

Hi Everyone, My plan is to install Kerdi Board in my bathroom, tank it, then tile. My question is how do I ensure...
