This is a 25yr old conservatory rip out, and replaced with insulation boards, UFH, anti fracture mat, and re tiled with an 1800 X 900 Statuario Porcel-Thin™
All existing tiles were removed, along with the old adhesive.
It also seems that the only other thing that may exist after a nuclear halocaust apart from **** roaches is the trusted blue chalk line!😀 (Image 2)
Anyway, insulation boards layed and taped, UFH installed and latex'd.
Anti fracture mat fitted and re tiled with the 1800 X 900 Porcel-Thin™

Insulation boards were Deltaboards.
UFH from Under Floor Heating Store.
Rapid Level 30
Anti fracture mat
Standard Setaflex
And grout 3000 were all from Tilemaster.

Thanks guys.
I've been promised images when all the new furniture is in and the decoratings been finished.
Hope they call, should look Kool with the black rattan furniture is in.
