For the record. I'd go with 4 per slice too, have 'em overlapping a bit. But I like them well done, so they do shrink quite a bit. And with red, no egg though.

Red sauce is only acceptable on 3 types of food - burgers, hot dogs and fish finger butties, never bacon butties or fry ups and definitely not chips!
