Yep. Had to double check just in case we'd fluffed it, but this specific customer was told once over the phone (I listened to the call recordings) and again when they came into the shop to purchase, not to lay on underfloor heating. They were also given an installation guide with their receipt, and further instructions enclosed in every single box that they were given...... This includes the adhesive recommendations that were also ignored (tiler used Ultra ProSet SS..... 5-6 litres of water per bag)
In fact, I think its common practice now for most manufactures to include instructions in the packaging of any agglomerate stone. But you can't always persuade a customer to take notice. Short of tiling it for them, there's only so much you can do. Then stand back and wait for the defecation to hit the osculation!
