White quartz problems ?

Hi there new to this site and wondered if anyone could help me with a problem I have with 60x60 white quartz tiles ? They have been layed for about 4weeks with no problems but last week one lifted on one corner and on closer inspection several of the tiles have bowed up and broke away from adhesive ? Anyone else had this problem ?

Can we have more details , make of tile and the situation they have been laid?
What adhesives were used etc

Did you use a 2part adhesive?

Well I was supplied with a flexible adhesive from tiles porcelain but didn't adhere to tiles ! So took advice from local tile merchant and used a two part latex based at a pocket hitting cost I might add ! But wanted no come backs as tiles not a cheap option !
