If you install UFH how much do you charge? How do you work out your price, is it by sqm?

Day rate. Obvioulsy matting takes less time to install so price accordingly.

Also, don't forget to price in for Self Levelling, or extra flexible adhesive than the normal. Which ever method you prefer.
