Trim detail

Hi,

I have got some tiling to do in a rental house that I have refurbed. I have got a shower set into an alcove and plan on tiling that floor to ceiling but from the alcove external corner I only want to tile the remainder of the wall 4ft high. How is it best to set out the trim on the external corner ? Any tips or advice much appreciated.
