Any of you set tiled cills with a slight fall or keep them level?

I keep them level, unless it was a sill in a shower or something.

Niches in wet areas I tile a slight fall.

Level, unless of course it's within a wet room/ tanked shower area, and then I will set the cill with a slight fall.

What scenario are you referring to in your circumstances?
