Tiling dilemma on uneven sill.

I'm embarking on a tiling mission in my kitchen and stumbled upon a slight problem with the window sill.
The sill has a 15mm drop on the left and a 5mm drop to the window frame. My initial idea was to re-level the sill using compound, however if I do this, the tiles will sit nearly level with the window bead (pvc window) more-so on the left as the window is slightly out.

Do you think this would be acceptable? Or, any other suggestions willingly accepted.

you can use powdered adhesives for this

simply use less on the high side and more on the low side to try and even out, mix it a bit thicker to stop it running

failing that trim the sill or plasterboard it from low to middle to pack out the low spots using adhesive to secure then tile it

Still concerned about the amount required to bring it level and its proximity to the bead of the window.
I've considered hacking it all off and starting again but the sill is sounding hollow on the left and solid on the right and this is giving me the impression of more work than I wish to take on.

I usually build up eneven sills if they are not level but then the window frame has to allow this.

Might be an idea to knock a bit of the plaster off the sill, you would be hard pushed to break out a sill!

You could also always dot n dab a fresh piece of plasterboard onto it, and then fix it down further with a few screws after. This would also work if you have to destroy the sill and start again.

In the end I settled for lifting the drop from the middle of the sill and then letting the tiles balance the whole thing.
I'm happy with the result and no complaints from 'er indoors.
