Looking for a experienced tiler *** plumber who can refurbish 2 bathrooms. Work includes tiling floor and walls approx 60sq mts porcelain tiles 600mm x 600mm with Epoxy Grout. 4 Walls would need to be stud partitions walls between the 2 bathrooms with recess 39"x 9"(mosaic) over tubs in both, 2 recess (13"X9" Mosaic) over both toilets and 2 recess in both Shower areas (9"x13"-Mosaics). In one toilet there will be a wall hung seat and the other one would have a simple seat with thermostatic bidet sowers. A radiator, vanity unit and tall cupboard each would be fitted in both bathrooms. Both will have tubs and one would have a walk in shower (wet room) besides the usual bathroom fittings like toilet holders, cup holders etc. Reference of work done with competitive quotes solicited with work to start anytime after 10 January 2022.
