Silicon tray and corners

Is it good practice that you always run a bead of Silicon up the vertical corners and around the shower tray.
We are installing a tiled marmox showerlay tray and the wife would like the corners grouted as she says the Silicon just ends up going mouldy in time.

Don't grout.

Use a good quality "Sanitary grade silicon"
