The impey membrane is the best tanking system IMHO but I'd check the heat output of the underfloor mat as they only recommend 100w. Personally I'd have just used the same flexible adhesive to cover the cables.

May have been helpful if the output of heating mat could be confirmed and which levelling compound Impey would recommend !
