Don't know if anyone else does this..
When doing natural stone and porcelain jobs that require sealing I always provide my customer with a bottle of aftercare wash treatement. They have actually already paid for this in the price, although they don't know it.
I use LTP sealants, as all sealants can be damaged by using harsh detergents, many manufacturers also sell products for cleaning and maintaining the tiles after fixing. Proper maintainance afterwards helps the job you have done, to stay looking good for longer. Sealers are guaranteed for 2 to 3 years if maintained properly.
I feel this gives a little bit of an edge in the customer service department.
I also advise that they call me back for a re-seal in 2 to 3 years time.
Customer is usually very pleased with this - shows that you care.
If interested have a look at LTP- online floor treatment cleaners sealers
I rate LTP selers much higher than HG or Lithofin 🙂
