We have all been there, freezing cold, dark, your having a Bad day and your cheese sandwich and crisps just don't make the grade.

What does everyone else take. ???

This time of year its loads of cuppa soups, pot noodles, mug shots and a jar of bovril and a big flask of hot water.

Fig rolls for energy. An open pack left in car, they last for ages.............and part of your 5 a day!! Also, only 39p at Home bargains!

Rarely have a breakfast, can't eat first thing. Off to nearest good sarnie shop about 12.30. Beef, ham, chicken salad or something along those lines. Nearly always get cuppas made by customer, if not they always tell me to help myself.
