Hardiefloor problem

Hi all, Bought some 19mm Hardiefloor to tile straight onto but there's a 2 to 3mm step when connected. Would you floor tile with a step that big? Would you accept this or return floor? Thanks

I'd return the floor, if you've put it together properly, then that's not acceptable
