When trying to look up the FCC id number from my electric meter, nothing is found on federal communications commission database. Why would this be? Have a call into customer service, no answers yet. Grantee code shows many devices but product code shows nothing found. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks

I have a similar call out to FCC now as well waiting ror reponse. my FCC id is not in database. It is CTD52ESS. Curious if yours is the same? Thanks
