dodgy tiles

just finished a job today 30 metres of ceramics from topps,bloody aweful,up to 1mm difference in tiles

drew my line on the floor ,started laying ,with the tiles butted up tight to spacers i kept going way of line.pulled em back on line,got a wedge shaped gap...AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGG!!!!!!!

looked good in the end but what i pain,mega hot in a conservatory, but it all came good with a £35 tip and they want the bathroom done

Did you work from a few boxes at a time to mix them up a bit? Bs gives a tile tolerance and unfortunately 1mm is still a 1st tile.

Try to use a square on your line and but tiles upto that from the otherside and if there's a spacer not quite tight it'll still leave your tile as square as it can be.
