Hi there. I'd like to tile my basement corridor which is slightly uneven brick and prone to damp spots. I wondered if there's a self-levelling compound that does the damp proofing stuff too? If not would I have to apply a damp proof membrane then self-level (please don't tell me I'd have to add plywood substrate ontop too?!)
Trying to make this as simple a process as possible!
Cheers for any help:grin:

you can get an epoxy dpm which will sort ouy the damp while it is still wet i would throw some granit chippings onto it to give the self leveler a key hope this helps
