I ian158 Jun 21, 2013 #3 can't you lay it on a sand and cement mix like you would slabs..5 sharp...1 soft and 1 cement...wet mix..not too wet that it floats around.

Click to expand... You don't get freeze thaw inside. That is your main enemy outdoors. There are adhesives suitable for out doors.
