We paid a “tiler” to tile our front path and steps over 2 years ago. At first he mismatched the tiles on the steps to the pattern on the ground and had to take them up and redo it!! He finished and we thought it looked alright!!! However since this we have noticed that he didn’t put any trim on the tiles and they are getting chipped and look awful. The ending near the wall and doors are terrible too.Do we have grounds to ask him for a refund??? What can we do to make it look better?? Thanks
