Hi,

In the new year as soon as possible we need our floor to be laid. We have the tiles on site which we purchased on line;

Travertine tile | Travertine tiles | Travertine floor

They have been honed and filled.

75% is open plan, 25% in 2 other rooms.

We have had a liquid screed floor so it should be nice and flat for you. it has been laid on top of underfloor heating pipes and have been told it will need a flexible adhesive.

I guess you will be best to tell me anything else required i.e. sealant finish etc.

A ball park figure would be great, although I appreciate this will vary once you have a site visit, inspect how many cuts etc you will need.

Have a great Christmas and new year.

Many thanks

Joe

Too far for me, but it sounds like a Gyvlon screed to me, so needs to be prepared and addressed correctly by someone that understands working with pumpable screeds.

Good luck.

You need to make contact with Dave (who will put you in touch with a capable and knowledged tiler) and Ajax123 who will give you all the advise you need with regards to prep, adhesives and working with Gyvlon screeds.
